The sales person I am working with is Louie. I am impressed with him because if he did not know the answer he said so he did not give me a wrong answer than call me up 10 minutes later saying so...he apologized asked me if he could call me back when he found out the information I needed than returned my call in less than 15 minutes. Louie just called me this morning telling me that he didn't get the faxes I sent yesterday because he did not work he is excellant on keeping us informed. He also does things a little differently than any sales man I have talked to you before and he will say things like ..the lady that works on these papers works the night shift so she will not come in until around 2 or 3 so we wil get back to you some time this afternoon(which is impressing) better than wondering when your going to call! ★★★★★
